Born and raised in the suburbs of New Jersey, I am currently
a sophomore studying business at the Ross School of Business. I love watching
classic films, particularly musicals from the 1940s, and playing tennis in my
free time. Frankly speaking, I have never really been a strong student in the
sciences, but am excited about astronomy! My roommate last year is majoring in astrophysics
and is very passionate about astronomy and the universe itself. Her passion for
space was contagious and as a result, I began to want to learn about the very
things that she was always talking about. I know fairly close to nothing about
astronomy, and am excited to learn all the things that this course has got to
offer!
