Spencer Francis: Intro Post

Hello, My name is Spencer Francis, and I am a senior majoring in Economics. I took this course because the subject sounded like an interesting challenge, and I have always been interested in learning more about the mysteries of space. I have taken a few astronomy classes already: Astro 102 and Astro 115. I would say that astrobiology is more of my thing, but I think it is important to understand this material in order to understand how life could appear outside of our solar system. I have enjoyed the course so far, and I hope that it continues to be as interesting as it is.
